Contact SupportFrequently asked questions
Does Paycheck Ahead connect to my bank?+
No. Paycheck Ahead never connects to your bank or imports transactions. You stay in control of every balance, bill, paycheck, and spending amount entered in the app.
Where is my financial information stored?+
Your plan stays locally on your device. Paycheck Ahead does not upload your financial planning information to our servers.
How does Best Day to Pay work?+
The app evaluates eligible dates before a bill is due and recommends a date intended to keep balances steadier and reduce pressure on individual paychecks. Always confirm processing times with your bank or bill provider.
Does Paycheck Ahead pay my bills?+
No. Paycheck Ahead creates a plan and helps you track scheduled payments. It does not move money or submit payments.
What does Yours to Spend or Save mean?+
It is the amount remaining from your current paycheck after planned bills and everyday spending assigned to that pay period. Always compare the plan with your actual bank balance.
What is the pay-period balance target?+
It is a planning target you can compare with your real bank balance. Staying at or above it supports the projected savings path, but it does not guarantee a financial result.
How do I restore Paycheck Ahead Plus?+
Open the Plus purchase screen and select Restore Purchase. Make sure the device is signed into the Apple Account originally used to purchase Plus.
How do I remove my information?+
Removing Paycheck Ahead from your device normally removes its locally stored app data. Information may remain in device backups depending on your backup settings.
